It totally is, a little baby with a milk/nursing blister just melts my heart. Mom is a long time and good friend of my sister and dad is just plain awesome. Totally was having fun this morning with this family, including grandma who I haven known for a while as well. The most gorgeous light in the apartment made for perfect morning. It was 72 degrees today!!! Yes 72, it was 22 last week and they are predicting 6 inches of snow in 2 days. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! Well this day was perfect for little Miss L and her big brother J. Final light of the fall season

So my last family has been shot for the season, we are looking at snow for Wednesday. CRAZY!!! I never thought I would be able to photograph a real live cabbage patch doll. Little J is beyond adorable and her big brother is amazing. They are just an amazing family, especially mom and dad, check them out in this overloaded sneak peak!!!

I swear this mom received the best gift ever, a little baby girl. Baby G turned 5 days old on mom's birthday and we spent the afternoon together. She was so wonderful to cuddle that mom finally figured out WHY I take newborn photos....so I can cuddle!!! Her cheeks and little tummy chub fit perfect in my arms. 

I fell in love.... and so will you when you see these photos....

People have often called me the baby whisperer because of my newborn photos but I also think I am the boy whisperer. These two guys are the same exact ages as my boys and are even friends. Sometimes this makes it easy, sometimes it makes it hard. Regardless, I was honored when mom asked me to do their family photos. Check out these fun shots!

Sometimes it's easy being me... ;)  ...this gorgeous family showed up and they were totally comfortable in front of the camera right from the start. Mom and I have our soccer connection and I hope to get her on the field again after this next baby. I swear dad chose most of the poses but this first one screams "cover shot"!!!

10 days new [Union NJ Newborn Photographer]

Pretty in pink this princess stole my heart (and grandma's) this morning for sure. I love meeting family and to see the three generations of ladies together was amazing. It was a wonderful morning and Baby D did amazing with her first of many modeling gigs!!

My birthday twin!!!! [Bergen NJ Newborn Photographer]

Did you have rainy day blues today? I didn't because I got to snuggle my birthday twin for most of the morning. At almost 9 pounds of love, baby D gave me a run for my money and did I mention it rained all morning. Of course we were inside but as a natural light photographer, life gets difficult on rainy days. We the ones I chose for a sneak peak are super special to mom. Hope you enjoy and so happy to have spent the morning with your family!!!

Boy did I have a great time today. I know mom and dad had a major workout. These two little guys were on the move!! In the end, they TRASHED their cakes and really enjoyed their first taste of sweets. I hope I got it right with one of each because they are beyond identical!!!! Big Brother To Be Celebrates His FIRST Birthday, Becca Kaye Style [Essex NJ Cake Smash, Essex NJ Maternity Photographer]

So if you haven't heard the good news, little D is going to be a big brother AND he is turning one in just 2 weeks. This kid was super active and full of smiles!!! Look at gorgerous mom and her son and be sure not to miss his two little front teeth!!!! We all worked hard but the end results are totally worth it. 5 days new... [Union NJ Newborn Photographer]

You know the absolute best way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon (besides with my family)? It's snuggling a five day old baby. It feels like yesterday I was with this family for a newborn shoot, well it was 14 months ago. This super mama was ready to go after a busy morning and boy did little baby R sleep. He did give me a few "whatcha think you're doing lady" looks and then tuckered out after a quick little nursing. Anyway, enjoy him as much as I did!!!

I guess once the first milestone of 10 years passes and you have children, anniversary's become about family. (I spent mine last month at the boardwalk on the Jersey Shore with the kids playing games and riding rides) Tonight these parents celebrated 16 years and here are their two beautiful children!!!

This little guy was my third newborn in 4 days. I couldn't have asked for a better day, gorgeous light and a chunky little dude. A big thanks to mamas milk for that final knock out and look at these memories we created.
