Super Siblings [Essex NJ Family Portraits]

These kids braved the cold (yep it was 35 degrees out) to surprise their mom with some portraits for her birthday next week. Between the coats and blankets we found some adorable smiles. I'll be working my tail off to have these ready for mom's surprise!!!

Family Session [Essex NJ Famiy Photographer]

Squeezing in sessions this time of year always results in something amazing. The first image of E blows me away, it tugs at your heart and makes you remember what having an 18 month old is like. There are plenty of her gorgeous eyes and cute little smile but this one I couldn't wait to share. Big brother B was a ham when I first met him at E's newborn shoot and he continued to give me big smiles today.

I was so happy to meet little A today. I have known her mom for a while and we certainly have shared some special moments and this literally took the cake!!! I am so happy for this beautiful family, we didn't sneak peak the sibling shots as they will wait until the holidays to make their appearance. The colors today were GORGEOUS!!!

From stamping together to now a maternity shoot and like I have said before, I love doing shoots for people I know. D & S are expecting their first child and look just as gorgeous as they did on their wedding day!! I can't wait to meet the little guy in January but for now you can enjoy this sneak peak.

Seeing K and his mom was sooo exciting. I met them a year ago when I did his newborn shoot. I can't believe how adorable he has become and mom looked fantastic!!! These are a little different than my normal sneak peak. I feel it's so important to capture kids as they are at that moment.

We had been waiting weeks for this shoot and the weather was great!!! A perfect fall day for this lovely family. Close to my heart, they have 2 boys and they were ready to put on a show for me. Just a few as we want the holiday card to be a surprise!!!

Once again, we have another Becca Kaye baby turning ONE!!! Baby S was seen here for her newborn shoot and here she is one year later and very determined. Not only is she a Becca Kaye baby but mom and I are best friends since high school. I love you guys!!!!

Last weekend I went shopping for some new props and lucky girl G got to test one out for me and she didn't even try to escape. We had fun during the cake smash until we actually tried to get her to eat the cake, not too happy. All in all we had fun and mom came out ahead!!!

I swear he is only 11 days old. weighing in at just over 9 pounds and a full head of hair, baby L was a bundle of mush. I am loving this new pose, as well as the details of his fingers and my classic pose. The last is my hat a save for my chunkers, LOL. Mom's got her hands full with a loving family to help her out. I am so glad to be back although I do miss the beach (well not right now as Irene is blasting the Jersey shore, fingers crossed for the house we love to stay at and everyone else) Anyway, got to meet this little cutie this morning.
